Duane Priddy has more than 17 years experience in plastics, having worked internationally for both Dow Chemical and Bayer AG. As one of the original founding members of Omnexus, Duane has driven the SpecialChem business development with his knowledge of plastics from multiple perspectives including chemistry, traditional business and e-business. His experience has ranged from research, technical marketing, product/sales management, and technology. Duane holds eight patents and has authored 25 scientific publications.

Duane has a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from Virginia Tech, a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and minor in Business/Marketing from Cedarville University. Currently based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

With great experience in polymer science and compounding technology, Raphael Mestanza is in charge of developing the polymer, additives and colors division of SpecialChem and Omnexus by SpecialChem. In 1994, after two years as project leader in reactive extrusion with Solvay (Belgium), he joined GE Plastics Europe (The Netherlands). He was in charge of Polycarbonate Compounding and technical development. In 1998, he joined Polytechs SA, a company specialized in toll compounding and masterbatches. Then he was Sales and Marketing Manager for France and South Europe.

Raphaël Mestanza holds a Ph.D and a Engineering Degree in Polymer Science from the University of Strasbourg (France) and a Masters Degree in Organic Chemistry.

As Chief Executive Officer, Bernard Hasson brings to the company his strong background in the chemicals industry, business development and management. His efforts are focused Business Development. Before founding SpecialChem, Bernard Hasson spent 8 years with Atofina (Elf Atochem at that time), where he led an active international career. He began his career in Germany where he was in charge of technology watch and environmental communication. Subsequently he managed the business development of plastics in the emerging countries of Central Europe. Then, as Project Manager, he was in charge of the construction of a petrochemical plant in Poland.

As Chief Operating Officer, Christophe Cabarry brings to SpecialChem a unique international strategic vision of the chemical industry as well as high profile connections based on his 12-years industry experience. He is in charge of Business Development. Christophe Cabarry began his career with Atofina (Elf Atochem at that time), as Supply Chain Manager in a new compounding plant in Eastern Germany. Then he was in charge of implementing the commercial and industrial strategy of Atofina’s Vinyl Division in Central and Eastern Europe. Two years before founding SpecialChem, Christophe Cabarry was appointed to the department of Strategic Planning. He was in charge of competition watch, evaluating industrial investments as well as international M&A opportunities.

Vincent Cadoret has strong experience in Information Technology, including artificial intelligence, information retrieval, search engines technology and project management. He is in charge of the technological division of SpecialChem. Vincent Cadoret began his career by leading a research project on utterance analysis in a dialog system. As Product Manager, he managed a team developing a terminology and nomenclature builder with Lexiquest, a company with 20 years experience in the area of natural language processing for search engines. In 1997 he joined Dalet (a global provider of professional software for traditional and new media broadcasters), as project manager for multimedia broadcasting.
