Momentive Introduces Latest UV Cure Addisil Silicone Elastomers for Medical Applications

ALBANY, USA -- Momentive Performance Materials Inc., one of the leading global providers of silicones and advanced materials, has launched its newest advancements in UV (ultraviolet) fast cure, low temperature technology for silicone elastomers.
Momentive's Addisil* UV 60 EX elastomer, which can be cured on demand by exposure to UV light. The new elastomer is an excellent candidate for medical applications where both lower temperatures during the manufacturing process and typical silicone rubber physical properties are required.
