Davis-Standard Introduces Extrusion Line for Recycling Fiber Waste

As the need for recycling efficiency continues to grow, Davis-Standard's ram stuffer extruder has proved to be a cost-effective solution for fiber waste. This scrap-to-pellet extruder is engineered to reprocess a variety of fibers including face yarn and backing materials. Davis-Standard upgraded its ram stuffer feed section a few years ago and the improvements have been valuable to its customers. As a result, several Davis-Standard ram stuffers were recently installed at one of the largest fiber recycling operations in North America.
