By selecting Rilsan® BZM 30
for athletic shoe soles, you are sure of having a durable fatigue resistant material. Compared to other engineering polymers, Rilsan® PA features good abrasion resistance and crack propagation resistance. This is largely due to its exceptionally smooth surface finish, which results in an extremely low friction coefficient.

Rilsan® PA is the lightest polyamide, 4 to 6 time lighter than metal. This weight saving property is a tremendous advantage in sports applications.
