What is an e-Training Course?
e-Training Course is an online, real-time presentation conducted by a renowned expert in the domain that is a subject of the course. Using your telephone and Web browser, you join a live presentation.

How to participate?

1) Pass registration order:
To participate, you need to pass a registration order and pay a participation fee indicated on the e-Training Course registration page.
To fully participate in the course, you need a separate phone line and a computer with an Internet connection. Your computer needs to download several plug-ins.
SpecialChem strongly recommends to check and test whether your computer supports all necessary plug-ins before passing your registration order.
a. To confirm that your computer is configured for access to the event, please click here.
Enter your name (no meeting key required), then click "Join Now".

b. Wait about 30 seconds until slide demo starts. If it does not start, but you are prompted to install, then choose:
"Install the Windows-based Live Meeting Console".
Install the file when prompted, and you will be connected to the presentation.

c. If your computer does not allow you to install in Step b, then choose the option "Use the Web-based Meeting Console".

2) Receive instructions:
Detailed instructions for participating in the course will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours.

3) Join the Web Presentation
Using your computer with Internet access and phone line, follow instructions e-mailed to you to join the web presentation and hear web broadcast.


Cancelling your order
You can cancel your order anytime prior to the course by writing to e-training@specialchem.com. All cancellations made before the date of the course will be charged at 30% of total order price. All cancellations made after the course will be charged a full amount of the order price.
