Using your telephone and Web browser, join a live presentation. You get connected with a speaker, and a group of
professionals without taking time away from your office.
How to participate?
You need a computer with an Internet connection and a phone line. Your computer needs to download several plug-ins.
SpecialChem strongly recommends to check and test whether your computer supports all necessary plug-ins before
passing your registration order.
a. To confirm that your computer is configured for access to the event, please
click here.
Enter your name (no meeting key required), then click "Join Now".
b. Wait about 30 seconds until slide demo starts. If it does not start, but you are prompted to install,
then choose:
"Install the Windows-based Live Meeting Console".
Install the file when prompted, and you will be connected to the presentation.
c. If your computer does not allow you to install in Step b, then choose the option
"Use the Web-based Meeting Console".

2) Receive confirmation
After reviewing your registration, we will send you confirmation & instructions by e-mail (approx. 48 hours before the event).
3) Join Web Broadcast
At the time of the meeting, you click on the link provided in the confirmation e-mail and you will join the WebSeminar
automatically.
4) Call-in for Sound
Once you join the Web broadcast, we will ask you to dial the phone number displayed on your screen to be able to hear the sound.
Specialchem is not accountable for users' costs linked to participating in the WebSeminar, included but not
limited to the phone and Internet connection fees even if WebSeminar is advertise us free of charge.
