A WebSeminar is an online, real-time meeting conducted by an expert in the chemical
industry. Each WebSeminar is dedicated to a specific technology-related topic.
Using only a telephone and computer, you will join a live presentation with a group
of like-minded professionals without having to spend time away from your office.
Test that your computer supports the LiveMeeting Console
You need a computer with an Internet connection and a phone line. Your computer
needs to download several plug-ins. SpecialChem strongly recommends to check
and test that your computer supports all necessary plug-ins before submitting your
registration for a WebSeminar.

Enter your name (no meeting key required), then click "Join Now".
b. Wait about 30 seconds until slide demonstration starts. If it does not start,
but you are prompted to install, then choose:
"Install the Windows-based Live Meeting Console".
Install the file when prompted, and you will be connected to the slide demonstration.
If your computer does not allow you to install in Step b, then choose the option
"Use the Web-based Meeting Console".

Submit your Registration request for the WebSeminar
Please complete the entire registration form and questionnaire including your expectations
of this WebSeminar.
Receive Confirmation Email
You will receive an automated email reply for your registration request. After
reviewing your registration, we will then send you a confirmation for your attendance
and instructions by e-mail (approx. 48 hours before the event).
Join WebSeminar Broadcast Online
At the time of the meeting, you will click on the link provided in the confirmation
e-mail to join the WebSeminar automatically.
Dial-in to Hear Speaker
Once you join the Web broadcast, we will ask you to dial the phone number displayed
on your screen to be able to hear the speaker.

including but not limited to the phone and Internet connection fees even if WebSeminar
is advertised by us as free of charge.
